The crab is flash-frozen and shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice to help it arrive frozen. Move it to your freezer when it arrives unless you are serving it soon.
It is pre-cooked. Steam, boil, or bake for 5–7 minutes to heat through, then serve with lemon or melted garlic butter.
The 3LB, 9LB, and 15LB labels refer to total box weight. Shipping is free when the product subtotal is over $40, so one 3LB box adds $5 shipping while two 3LB boxes ship free.
